Rubber flooring is a resilient surface made from vulcanized SBR (often blended with EPDM), supplied in different densities for different styles. Unlike soft foam mats, it is engineered for the demanding conditions of fitness, sports, industrial and outdoor environments.

Recycled tire rubber, sieved five times for purity, is bonded with high-tack eco binder and vulcanized under up to 250-ton press force — giving tensile strength up to 2.6 MPa and elongation at break up to 282%. Roll floor is naturally cured for ~10 days for maximum dimensional stability, and commercial mats reach a wear resistance value of 139.9.
A dense, sealed rubber surface shrugs off dust and spills — sweep or damp-mop with a neutral detergent. No infill, no special treatments, and soluble-mercury results well within safe limits.
Interlocking lock tiles drop in without glue, large 1000×1000mm tiles cover ground fast, and rolls up to 1.22m wide give a near-seamless finish. Most installs need only a utility knife, adhesive or double-sided tape.

From raw materials to finished, every step in our production process is strictly controlled to ensure each batch of rubber flooring meets international quality standards. Below is our standardized 6-step production workflow.
We maintain a robust in-house inventory of raw rubber compounds, allowing us to launch production immediately for urgent orders without waiting on supplier lead times. This means a standard 20GP container order can be produced and shipped in as little as 5 days — giving our clients a real edge when deadlines are tight.
Each raw material is precisely proportioned according to a fixed formula to ensure batch-to-batch consistency. Then, under strictly monitored temperature and pressure, the ingredients are placed in a mixer for mixing.
Under specific temperature and pressure conditions, the blended rubber is fully cross-linked (vulcanized). This step locks in the rubber’s core mechanical properties—elasticity, hardness, and long-term abrasion resistance—thus ensuring that the block mats have stable and consistent performance.
Our self-developed cutting system cuts the material only after it has completely cooled. This ensures that each roll of material maintains precise dimensions and does not deform after cutting.
Each product must be measured for length, width, thickness, and weight to ensure it meets strict tolerance requirements before proceeding to the next process.
We use calibrated instruments to perform hardness tests at multiple points on the edges and surface of each piece of rubber to ensure uniform Shore hardness. Hardness uniformity is the most basic quality standard for rubber flooring.
Every batch of rubber flooring undergoes a strict flame test before leaving the factory. Our technicians apply an open flame directly to the tile surface to verify its self-extinguishing performance, ensuring the product meets international fire safety standards for gyms and commercial spaces.
After rigorous quality inspection, each product is packaged, labeled, and palletized according to the destination’s transportation requirements to protect it from damage during transport.

Forniamo una guida dettagliata all'installazione in 7 fasi. L'installazione può essere completata utilizzando strumenti di base come un taglierino, un aspirapolvere e un raschietto.
Conservare in piano in un ambiente asciutto ed evitare forti pressioni per mantenere l'integrità del prodotto.
Il tappeto erboso con supporto in PU (poliuretano) assorbe gli impatti grazie alla sua base resistente ma flessibile, che aiuta a proteggere le articolazioni e a ridurre il rischio di lesioni durante gli allenamenti ad alta intensità.
Per le spinte con la slitta e le esercitazioni di agilità, scegliere un manto erboso corto e denso per ridurre l'attrito e fornire un appoggio stabile, mentre un manto erboso di 15-20 mm è ideale per l'allenamento generale; si noti che le aree di sollevamento pesi devono utilizzare tappeti di gomma spessa, non il manto erboso, per assorbire gli impatti.
Prima dell'installazione, assicurarsi che il sottofondo sia pulito e livellato, quindi srotolare il tappeto erboso e lasciarlo riposare per 24 ore, tagliarlo e cucirlo secondo una direzione uniforme del pelo e infine fissarlo con un adesivo specializzato o un nastro biadesivo.
Per la manutenzione quotidiana, è sufficiente aspirare polvere e detriti, trattare le macchie con un detergente neutro ed evitare l'uso di prodotti chimici corrosivi o di oggetti appuntiti che potrebbero danneggiare il manto erboso.
